ServiceNow Developer

Location: Taguig, Philippines (Hybrid)
Shift: Rotational/Shifting
Employment Type: Full-time

We are hiring ServiceNow Developers with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. If you have experience working with ServiceNow modules and enjoy building scalable enterprise applications, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications.
Customize and support ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
Perform impact analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and platform upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Develop high-quality application code and participate in sprint activities.
Implement solutions following ITIL and software engineering best practices.
Identify issues, recommend solutions, and maintain project documentation.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certification.
ITIL knowledge or certification.
Experience with automation or GenAI is an advantage.
Strong systems engineering or software development background.

Eligibility

Must currently be residing in the Philippines with the legal right to live and work in the country.
Current or former Accenture employees are not eligible for this role.
