Job Description

We are hiring experienced ServiceNow Developers to design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple enterprise projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, strong technical expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions following best practices and ITIL standards.
Perform impact analysis, testing, and support platform upgrades and patching.
Develop application code and participate in Agile sprint activities.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

ServiceNow Development

ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / CSM / ITAM / SecOps / IRM / SPM
JavaScript & ServiceNow Scripting
Agile / Scrum
ITIL (Preferred)

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture experience.
Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, or SPM).
ServiceNow Certification and ITIL Certification are an advantage.
Applicants must currently be in the Philippines with the legal right to work.
Must not be a current or former employee of Accenture.
