Job title: SharePoint Admin Specialist

Work set up: Hybrid: 2 WFH & 3 RTO (Location: Manila (Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City))
Work shift: Night Shift
Salary: P105,000 - P109,000
Start date: ASAP
Headcount: 1

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
•2–5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration, including SPFx development experience.
•Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), and Active Directory.
•Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills.
• Not a job hopper
• Must not be a present or former employee of the company

Responsibilities:
•Site & Content Management
Create, configure, and manage site collections, document libraries, lists, and enterprise metadata to ensure effective content organization.
•Security & Permissions
Administer user access, assign site roles, and enforce proper permission structures to safeguard sensitive data.
•User Support & Training
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve system-related concerns, and conduct user training on SharePoint best practices.
•Automation & Workflows
Design, develop, and maintain workflows, forms, and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
•System Maintenance
Perform regular system monitoring, manage storage, conduct backups, apply updates, and maintain logs to ensure platform stability.
•Governance & Compliance
Implement and enforce SharePoint governance policies, manage sharing settings, and ensure compliance with organizational and IT standards.

Recruitment Process:
