Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days WFH / 3 Days RTO)
Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
Work Shift: Night Shift
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Administration, including SPFx development
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), and Active Directory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in SharePoint administration, governance, and end-user support
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, configure, and manage SharePoint site collections, document libraries, lists, and enterprise metadata
• Administer user access, security groups, permissions, and role assignments
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues, and conduct user training
• Design, develop, and maintain workflows, forms, and integrations using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Perform system monitoring, storage management, backups, updates, and log maintenance
• Implement and enforce SharePoint governance policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize platform usage and improve business processes
