Job title: Sharepoint AE (Application Engineer)

Work set up:
• Hybrid: 2 WFH & 3 RTO (Location: Manila (Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City)
Work shift: Night Shift
Experience: 5-10years
Start date: TBD

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5–10 years of SharePoint Administrator experience.
Strong knowledge of:
o   SharePoint Hub model
o   Security groups and permission management
o   Custom access configurations
o   Templates and site provisioning
·        Hands-on experience with PowerApps and Power Automate.
·        Understanding of governance, compliance, and information security principles.
·        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
·        Excellent communication skills.
·        Ability to work independently and be self-directed.

Job Description Summary:
The SharePoint AE (Application Engineer) is responsible for designing, developing, managing, and supporting SharePoint Online solutions to enable collaboration, document management, and business process automation. The role involves close collaboration with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant SharePoint-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

SharePoint Development & Administration

Configure and manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and permissions
Develop SharePoint solutions using:
SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Customize pages, web parts, and workflows"

Content Management & Governance

Maintain SharePoint content for accessibility and usability across user communities.
Implement governance policies (security, retention, compliance)
Manage document lifecycle, metadata, and version control
Ensure alignment with enterprise branding and standards"

Business Process Enablement

Capture and document business processes and workflows.
Redesign workflows leveraging SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools. Build automated workflows using Power Automate."

Collaboration & Portal Enablement

Build and manage SharePoint portals for teams and enterprise functions.
Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams and other M365 services. Enable external collaboration and secure access where required"

Testing & Deployment Support

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Assist in deployment, hypercare, and post go-live support.
Perform issue analysis and resolution."

Stakeholder & Change Management Support

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Provide communication and training materials.
Support change management activities for SharePoint solution rollouts .
