JOB TITLE: Site Reliability Engineering/ Custom Software Engineer CL9

WORK SET UP: Onsite in Manila/ Taguig

WORK SHIFT: Shifting

Salary budget: 65K - 100K (Confidential)

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding, testing, and refining various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral to delivering efficient and scalable software products that support organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering

• Strong knowledge of system architecture, monitoring, and incident response.

• Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code to streamline operations.

• Proficiency in performance tuning and capacity planning to maintain system reliability.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.

• Ability to analyze complex systems and implement robust solutions to enhance availability and scalability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.

• This position is based at our Manila office.

• Open for those applicants who are currently in Philippines and already have the right to live and work in this country are eligible for this role

• Must not have an active or recent application with Accenture

• Should not be currently or recently employed with Accenture

Job Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met.

• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and quality of deliverables.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
