Job Description:

Generate Social Media/Facebook Leads and Referrals

Evaluate the initial screening of candidates

Managing the posting of Job Ads on the social media group page

Performing employee engagement to drive referral hiring programs

Conduct regular floor walks and class visits

Coordinating with Team Manager and Top Referrers to generate a constant flow of referrals

Organize and execute onsite events to generate awareness and referrals

Managing inquiries and escalation from employees regarding the referral program

Tracking referral incentive payouts

Able to work on the field to support offsite activations; including assisting Legazpi site

Any other tasks assigned by supervisors

Minimum Qualifications:

At least a Bachelor Degree; preferably Human Resource Management, Business Management/Administration, Psychology, or equivalent degree

Experience in Sourcing or Recruitment roles

Excellent Communication and Written Skills

Knowledge and understanding of social media portals (Facebook, Jobstreet, Indeed, etc.)
