Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in both English and Spanish, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment.
Qualities and Traits: Adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
