Job Overview:

We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Team Leader to lead and manage a customer service team in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, bilingual communication expertise, and the ability to drive team performance.

Handle escalations and support operational needs
Ensure high-quality customer service delivery in Spanish and English
Coordinate with stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives
