Spanish Technical Support Representative (SPE)

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift
Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary

We are looking for a Spanish Technical Support Representative (SPE) with a minimum of 6 months of BPO Technical Support/TSR experience. The ideal candidate should have strong Spanish and English communication skills and be willing to work onsite on a night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to customers through appropriate communication channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Handle customer concerns professionally in both Spanish and English.
Follow established troubleshooting procedures and service guidelines.
Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately.
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support teams when required.
Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of college education, with no back subjects.
At least 6 months of BPO Technical Support/TSR experience.
Strong technical troubleshooting background.
Good Spanish and English communication skills.
Open to non-native Spanish speakers (Filipino candidates).
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
Available to start ASAP.
