Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and managing network infrastructure. The role includes designing system configurations, documenting and managing installations, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems. You will support BAU and projects across a global network environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement new network solutions and improve efficiency of current networks.

Install, configure, and support network equipment including Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), routers, and switches.

Manage excellence in Incident / Problem / Change Management of Global WAN/LAN & Security Infrastructure.

Manage High Critical Incident calls with cross-functional infrastructure teams.

Ensure end-to-end root cause analysis and regular reporting for production issues.

Support system audits and ensure vulnerabilities are closed and signed off.

Recommend and manage service improvement initiatives for risk mitigation and service stability.

Provide technical direction for systems migration and integration.

Work as a global team to manage operations across multiple customers and shifts.

Qualifications:

College Graduate – required.

Minimum 10 years practical experience in end-to-end management and execution of network project infrastructure deployment – required.

Proven track record working with multinational teams.

Demonstrated ability in handling complex technical issues and providing timely solutions.

Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence vertically and laterally.

Ability to anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans.

Proficient in Microsoft Project and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
