Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for a Sales Account. The role involves assisting customers with electronic product purchases, explaining product features, and maximizing sales opportunities through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting suitable products and services

Explain product specifications, pricing, promotions, and warranties

Upsell and cross-sell devices, accessories, and service plans

Process customer orders and account updates accurately

Meet sales performance and quality assurance metrics

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction

Qualifications

High School or Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply

Strong English communication and negotiation skills

Previous sales, retail, or BPO experience is a plus

Goal-driven and confident in handling sales conversations
