Job Title: Supervisor | Healthcare

Work Location: Greenfield (Mandaluyong)

Work Setup & Schedule: Onsite

Basic Requirements:

• Lead and coach clinical staff, ensuring operational excellence.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN license required – US and PH)

• Relevant experience (Supervisor: 3–5 years)

• Knowledge of Utilization Management, Case Management, MCG/InterQual criteria, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines

• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills

• The validity of the license must be at least 6 months. If not, the candidate will be automatically rejected. It must also be clearly indicated on the CV.
