SXM Outbound Sales & Collections - Movate Taguig - Up to 30K Commission + 21.5K Package*

Salary: PHP 21,500 Package + Up to PHP 30,000 Monthly Commission

*About the Role:*

Join Movate's SXM Outbound Sales & Collections team! Perfect for extroverted, driven and money-motivated individuals with sales or upselling experience. Earn high commissions up to 30K monthly on top of your base pay + rice allowance!

*Compensation & Perks:*

- Monthly Package: PHP 20,000 Basic Pay + PHP 1,500 Rice Allowance

- Incentives: PHP 15,000 - PHP 30,000 average monthly commission (Paid bi-monthly)

- Perks: Free SiriusXM Radio Access

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Handle outbound sales and collections calls for SXM account

- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling

- Meet and exceed sales targets and collection goals

- Provide excellent customer service while closing sales

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)

- Minimum 3 months BPO experience is required

- Must have sales or upselling experience

- B2 English proficiency (Hallo Speaking Test) + 25 WPM Typing Speed

- Personality: Extroverted, lively, highly driven, and money motivated

- Amenable to work onsite in Taguig

*Location Focus:*

Taguig & Nearby - Pasig, Pasay, Makati, Pateros, Mandaluyong, Parañaque. Relocators are welcome!
