*Responsibilities:*
- Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries with empathy
- Provide excellent support to US healthcare members
- Assist with account concerns and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies
- Meet quality targets and document interactions
*Qualifications:*
- HS / SHS Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig on shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
