Join Our Enterprise Integration Team

We are seeking an experienced Talend Support Consultant / Developer to design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise data integration solutions using Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in ETL/ELT development, enterprise application integration, middleware technologies, and Talend platforms, who enjoy solving complex integration challenges and delivering scalable, high-performance data solutions.

You will collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to implement enterprise-grade integration solutions that support business-critical applications and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talend Development & Data Integration

Design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and enterprise data workflows.
Build, enhance, and support ETL/ELT processes using Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud.
Develop integrations between enterprise applications, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
Optimize integration jobs for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards and best practices.

Solution Design & Project Delivery

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, implementation plans, and supporting documentation.
Participate in project planning, estimation, Agile ceremonies, and delivery activities.
Collaborate with business users, solution architects, developers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to integration architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support & Production Operations

Perform unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and defect resolution.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Talend integration jobs and workflows.
Provide production support, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Develop operational procedures, technical documentation, and support guides.
Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge across the team.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.
Proven hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions.
Strong experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms.
Stable employment history (not a frequent job hopper).
