Talend Support Consultant/Developer – Mid-Level

About the Role

We are looking for a Talend Support Consultant/Developer with strong experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, and middleware technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud, along with strong technical skills in Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting.

The role will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions while ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with integration standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise integration solutions using the Talend platform.
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows and integration processes across diverse business and technology environments.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization for Talend integration solutions.
Work with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud, including Talend Management Console (TMC) or Talend Administration Center (TAC).
Manage integration code and deployment processes using Git.
Develop and maintain solutions using Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies.
Ensure integration solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Follow established integration standards, development best practices, and organizational governance frameworks.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements and drive continuous improvements in data integration flows and platforms.
Participate in incident resolution, enhancements, testing, deployment, and ongoing platform support.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.
Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions.
Hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud.
Experience with Talend Management Console (TMC) or Talend Administration Center (TAC).
Experience working with Git for source control/version management.
Strong experience with Java.
Strong experience with SQL/PL-SQL.
Experience with scripting technologies.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig and on a mid-shift schedule.
