Job Title : Talend Support Consultant/Developer – Mid-Level

Job Summary

We are looking for a Talend Support Consultant/Developer with strong experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, and middleware technologies. The role will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions using the Talend platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration, Talend Cloud, Talend Management Console (TMC) or Talend Administration Center (TAC), Git, Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.

• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms.

• Experience with Talend Management Console (TMC) or Talend Administration Center (TAC).

• Experience using Git.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

• Design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise integration solutions using the Talend platform.

• Develop and maintain Talend integration workflows and data integration processes.

• Support integration solutions across diverse business and technology environments.

Delivery & Optimization

• Deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality integration architectures.

• Optimize integration solutions for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot and support existing Talend integration solutions.

Governance & Standards

• Follow enterprise integration standards and architectural best practices.

• Ensure solutions comply with organizational governance frameworks.

• Maintain quality and consistency across integration development and support activities.

Stakeholder Support

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on integration requirements.

• Support continuous improvement of data integration flows and platforms.

• Work with stakeholders to identify and address integration-related issues.
