Position: Team Leader

Salary: 45,000-50,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Location: BGC, Taguig

Schedule: Rotational / Shifting Schedule

Employment Type: Permanent

HMO: Day 1 for Principal plus 1 free dependent upon regularization (250k per illness per year)

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service background in the BPO industry

• At least one year of experience handling a Life Insurance account is required

• At least two years of solid Team Lead experience

• Bachelors Degree

• Currently employed or is already rendering with the current company

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong analytical and leadership skills

• Manage and oversee team activities, ensuring everyone meets the company and client's performance standards

• Capable of doing Business Reviews

• Capable of conducting data analysis (RCA) ad reporting on the results

• Willingness to work onsite (BGC, Taguig) and in rotational shifts
