QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Must be a high school graduate and up
• Willing to work onsite in Imus, Cavite and on shifting schedules
• Relocation package available for eligible candidates per relocation policy
• willing to work on cyclical schedules
• experience on a phone, email and live chat support is a PLUS
• Good to have experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support
• Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
