Lead Enterprise AI Architecture & Build Scalable Generative AI Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect – Generative AI to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Generative AI, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Application Design, and AI Engineering.

You will drive end-to-end solution architecture, mentor engineering teams, conduct technical governance, and ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready AI implementations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Architect – Generative AI, you will:

Design enterprise-grade Generative AI and AI-powered solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
Lead solution architecture, technical design, and implementation across AI initiatives.
Architect secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.
Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure engineering best practices.
Develop front-end and back-end solutions while promoting clean coding standards.
Define software architecture, integration strategies, and deployment models.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and enterprise tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, architects, and project teams.
Lead technical estimation, solution proposals, and architecture documentation.
Guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and recommend scalable solutions.
Ensure adherence to architecture standards, governance, SLAs, security, and quality requirements.
Mentor junior architects, developers, and technical teams.
Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management activities.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Required Experience

Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience
At least 5 years in Technical Architecture or Solution Architecture
At least 5 years designing and implementing Generative AI solutions
Proven experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
Strong background in enterprise software architecture and system integration
Experience leading technical projects (technical leadership rather than people management)
Experience delivering enterprise AI/ML or Data Science projects
Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and MLOps practices

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Applicants must meet ALL of the following:

Minimum 10 years of IT experience
Minimum 5 years in Technical or Solution Architecture
Minimum 5 years in Generative AI architecture and implementation
Proven production deployment of AI-driven solutions
Strong experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, and Shell Scripting
Experience leading technical delivery of enterprise projects
Strong enterprise application architecture experience
Willing to work in a Hybrid setup in Taguig
Willing to work Mid Shift to Night Shift
Must NOT be a current or former employee of the hiring organization
Must have no active or recent application with the hiring organization
