Qualifications:
- At least HS graduate
- At least 6 months of TSR experience
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Must be amenable to WFH temporarily with at least 10mbps wired internet connection
- Must be amenable to work onsite once client will require
Salary:
- 22k plus 2.5k non-taxable allowances
- Up to 26k, on case to case business exceptions
Start date:asap

Job Responsibility:
1. Assists customers by competently and expertly handling client’s employees’ concerns (basic trouble-shooting)
2. Keeps client’s equipment operational by following established procedures on reporting and troubleshooting malfunctions
3. Comfortable in using CRM tools & gathering/documenting detailed information
4. Responds to customer’s queries and complaints
