Job Description:
Teleperformance Makati is urgently hiring for our Telco Account. If you have at least 3 months of BPO experience and are looking for a higher salary package, this is for you!
*Responsibilities:*
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information
- Resolve customer issues and concerns regarding telco services
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and quality service
- Meet performance targets and metrics
*Qualifications:*
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
- Minimum 3 months BPO experience (Voice or Non-Voice)
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
- Can start ASAP
