Job Description
We are looking for dedicated customer service professionals to support a premier telecommunications account. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, and deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
Minimum 1 year of Call Center Experience
At least 6 months of Telco Voice Support background
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work on shifting schedules
