*Job Description:*

We are looking for experienced BPO Voice Agents to join our Premium Telco Voice Account in Cebu. Get hired fast with our virtual recruitment process!

*Salary Offer Based on Experience:*

- PHP 20,000 Package: For candidates with 6 to 23 months BPO voice experience

- PHP 25,000 Package: For candidates with 24 months and above BPO voice experience

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle telco inquiries via voice support for a premium telco brand

- Provide troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and account support

- Resolve customer issues efficiently, professionally, and with empathy

- Maintain high CSAT, quality scores, and adhere to standard procedures

- Meet and exceed KPIs and performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (new curriculum)

- Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience required

- Strong English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Amenable to work on shifting schedule including night shift, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
