Teleperformance McKinley is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our BFSI Account. Join our Banking, Financial Services and Insurance team and earn up to PHP 28,000 package.

Job Details:

Role: Financial Customer Service Specialist - BFSI CSR

Location: Teleperformance McKinley, Taguig

Salary: PHP 19,000 to PHP 28,000 Package

Account: BFSI - Banking, Financial Services and Insurance

Work Setup: Onsite

Salary Offer:

Competitive salary package up to PHP 28,000 depending on BPO and BFSI experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial services and insurance

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally

- Deliver excellent customer service experience

- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards

- Meet performance targets and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum 12 months of Call Center Experience required

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance is an advantage

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig

- Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
