Job Description:

Join Teleperformance McKinley's BFSI Account! We're looking for experienced CSRs to handle banking, financial services and insurance inquiries for our premium BFSI account.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial services and insurance

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally

- Deliver excellent customer service experience

- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards

Qualifications:

- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum 12 months of Call Center Experience required

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance is an advantage

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
