About the Role:
Teleperformance McKinley is now hiring for our Travel and Hospitality Voice Account! If you have at least 6 months of Travel Customer Care experience, this is your chance to earn up to PHP 27,500 package with the world's leading BPO.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound inquiries for travel and hospitality services
- Assist with bookings, reservations, and itinerary concerns
- Resolve travel-related issues professionally and efficiently
- Deliver outstanding customer experience and satisfaction
- Stay updated on travel policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High School / Senior High School / College Graduate accepted
- At least 6 months BPO experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley, Taguig
- Can start ASAP
