*About The Role:*

We are urgently hiring 20 Thai Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a premium bilingual account. This is a high-paying, 100% work-from-home opportunity offering up to Php 110K package plus sign-on bonus.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries in Thai and English via phone, chat, or email

- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently and professionally

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Document all interactions accurately in the system

*Qualifications:*

- Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) - required

- Good English communication skills

- With or without BPO experience - fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Collections or O2C experience is an advantage

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines - TRV / ACR accepted

- Willing to work shifting / night shift schedule on a work-from-home setup

- Can start ASAP
