*NOW HIRING: Thai-Speaking Customer Support | Up to PHP 110K + PHP 20K Sign-On Bonus*

*Work Setup:* Work From Home

*Schedule:* Shifting / Night Shift

*Openings:* 20 Slots | ASAP Hiring - September 2026

*Salary:* Up to PHP 110,027.33 + PHP 20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Incentives

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) - able to communicate professionally and handle complex conversations

- With good English communication skills (training and systems are in English)

- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience - freshers welcome

- Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines - valid work visa / Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) accepted for non-Filipino applicants

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

- Handle customer inquiries in Thai and English via phone, chat, and email

- Assist with account-related concerns, billing inquiries, and service requests

- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently

- Accurately document all customer interactions

- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
