ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring 7 PHRNs for Grievance and Case Appeals (Back-office, Non-Voice). This role is perfect for Registered Nurses with grievance and appeals experience who are looking for a night shift opportunity.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle grievance and case appeals for healthcare members

- Review and process cases according to guidelines

- Ensure compliance and accurate documentation

- Work on a back-office, non-voice setup

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- PHRN with active license

- Active Registered Nurse

- Must have at least 1 year of grievance and case appeals experience

- Back-office - non-voice experience preferred

- Willing to work on night shift schedule and attend training onsite

- Stable work history - Job hoppers who change jobs frequently in less than a year will be rejected
