Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Trainer to support our Technology account based in Vertis North, Quezon City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, facilitating knowledge transfer, and ensuring employees are equipped with the skills needed to perform successfully.
Key Responsibilities:

Structure onboarding training requirements, including pre-process, process, and customer visits. - Ensure all new hires complete their designated learning paths.
Support employees during OJT training and go-live activities.
Conduct refresher and remedial training sessions for existing employees.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure audit readiness.
Generate regular training reports and monitor account-level training metrics.
Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental support to employees.
Identify training needs and implement appropriate learning interventions.
Collaborate closely with operations leaders to address performance gaps and improve business outcomes.
