*Trainer - H&R Block - Sucat Onsite - Shifting Schedule - Contract Until April 2027*

Setup: Onsite, Shifting / Graveyard Shift

Employment Type: Contractual until April 30, 2027

Salary: PHP 25,500 - 35,000 Basic Salary + Up to PHP 2,500 Monthly Performance Bonus

*About the Role:*

Looking for Trainers to support our H&R Block Seasonal Account in Sucat! This is a great opportunity for experienced BPO Trainers seeking a contractual role until April 2027 with up to PHP 35K basic pay plus bonus.

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions using presentations, manuals, and evaluations

- Manage and align training schedules with business needs

- Drive training projects and short-term team initiatives

- Continuously enhance training processes and delivery methods

- Mentor and support junior team members

- Lead and motivate a team of individual contributors

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months to 1 year of Trainer experience in a BPO setting

- Minimum 2 years overall BPO experience

- Knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum design, and training methodologies

- Excellent English communication - written and verbal

- Strong presentation, facilitation, and people skills

- Able to adjust training style to suit different learners

- Background in Instructional Design or L&D is an advantage

- Familiar with LMS and other training tools

- Note: Ex-Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire, direct or via agency
