Job Title: Trainer (Native Japanese)

Location: LV, Georgetown, Penang

Basic Salary: RM9,000 - RM14,000

Shift: 24/7 Rotational

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for Japanese-speaking employees, ensuring effective communication and comprehension.

Develop and deliver training materials, modules, and presentations.

Evaluate the performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other trainers and teams to enhance training programs.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant information into training sessions.

Requirements:

Language Skills:
- Native Japanese speaker.
- English Assessment: B2 level proficiency.

Experience:
- Preferred experience as a trainer.
- Travel experience is an advantage.

Education:
- Above diploma level.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
- Bachelor’s degree fresh graduates are applicable.

Other Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
