Job Title: Trainer – UK Financial Customer Service

Account: UK Financial Customer Service
Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City (100% Onsite)
Shift: Rotational (UK Shift)
Salary: Up to 30% hike from last drawn salary + ₱2,400 allowance (based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Trainer with a background in UK/US Banking Operations to deliver engaging training programs, coach new hires, and drive performance excellence in a financial customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and virtual training for new hires.
Deliver process, product, and compliance training.
Provide coaching, feedback, and support during training and OJT.
Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
Audit agent cases and identify performance gaps.
Maintain training reports, records, and performance dashboards.
Conduct refresher training based on business needs.
Track training effectiveness and operational metrics.
Ensure compliance with client and company policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve training quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree.
2–4 years of experience in US/UK banking operations and training within a BPO or shared services environment.
Experience in mortgage, auto/motor financing, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or related financial processes.
Strong understanding of virtual and classroom training methodologies.
Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
Exposure to the US or UK banking industry is preferred.
Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City on UK shifts.
Candidates must not be current or former Wipro employees.

Important Notes:

Experience only in insurance or payroll is not eligible.
Candidates with loan origination or motor financing experience are highly preferred.
