Key Responsibilities:

Develop training programs

Assist patients or members within the healthcare sector

Provide teleconsulting services

Understand regulatory requirements and healthcare provider practices

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Valid USRN License (minimum 6 months validity)

1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (UM review, clinical appeals)

Familiarity with inpatient/concurrent reviews

Strong knowledge of processes and projects

Proficient in MS Office

At least 1 year of experience as a trainer

Experience in nursing care, nursing homes, or medical settings

Experience with InterQual/MCG
