We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Designer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and creating engaging digital learning experiences using Articulate 360.
This role is primarily Work From Home, with work arrangements based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design
Analyze business and learning requirements to develop effective training solutions.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to design engaging learning content.
Design instructional materials for technical, functional, and business training programs.
Develop learning objectives, course outlines, storyboards, and assessments.
E-Learning Development
Create interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360.
Design engaging multimedia learning experiences for online delivery.
Develop simulations, quizzes, assessments, and other interactive learning assets.
Ensure learning content follows instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
Training Development
Support the planning and coordination of training initiatives.
Provide guidance to trainers during the rollout of new learning programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and performance metrics.
Update and improve existing learning materials based on business requirements.
Continuous Improvement
Maintain high-quality learning content while meeting project timelines.
Recommend improvements to instructional design methodologies and learning technologies.
Ensure consistency across all learning materials and documentation.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Communications, Multimedia, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Instructional Design.
Minimum of 1 year of experience developing E-Learning content.
Hands-on experience using Articulate 360.
Experience creating digital learning modules and interactive training materials.
