Overview:

Opportunity for an experienced Training and Development professional to join as Capability Development Manager for AML and Transaction Monitoring. You will coordinate training operations and manage stakeholder relationships across global projects. Location is Taguig onsite.

Job Details:

Role: Capability Development Manager / AML Training Manager

Location: Taguig - Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Shift: Night Shift, Weekends Off

Qualifications:

- 7 to 8 years in Training and Development

- 5 years supervisory experience

- Experience in Training and Development for AML / Transaction Monitoring / Regulatory Compliance

- Advanced analytical skills

- Amenable to Taguig onsite, night shift

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage training team at assigned location

- Establish coaching and training frameworks for client-specific processes

- Keep trainer skills updated in facilitation, domain and compliance

- Handle day-to-day training operations and reporting - daily, weekly, monthly

- Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews

- Handle knowledge transfer and ensure uniformity across projects

- Assess training needs with business heads

- Produce and manage training delivery plans

- Track training achievements

- Interact with training vendors and stakeholders

- Support Ops team in performance improvement

- Prepare training content for new businesses

- Support mobilization and solution architects
