*Job Description:*

Transcom Pasig is urgently hiring for US Electronics CSR Voice Account. We are looking for qualified Customer Service Representatives to join our premium electronics account.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries for US Electronics account via voice support

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally

- Assist with billing, product information, and technical support inquiries

- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality performance targets

- Document customer interactions accurately

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months BPO experience required, voice or non-voice accepted

- Excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City

- Amenable to shifting schedule
