- Conduct process discovery and orchestrate interventions combining data, technology, people, and process transformation.
- Lead, facilitate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
- Possess excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Requirements
- pen to college graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience
- Yellow Belt trained/certified
- Relevant experience in AI or RPA solutions is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Minimum of 2 years Six Sigma experience/practitioner
- Minimum of 2 years of overall work experience related to Business Excellence
- Leadership experience is preferred
