We have an ongoing hiring for a Transformation Manager for our BPO Partner in the Philippines.

Job title: Transformation Manager

Work Setup: Work from home, night shift

Salary: 100,000 – 120,000

2HC (1HC at least have Banking and Financial Services Experience)

Qualifications:

Open to College graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience

Green Belt Certified, Black Belt Trained/Certified

Relevant experience in AI or RPA Solutions is a plus

Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Must have at least 2 years Six Sigma Experience/ Practitioner

Must have at least 2 years of overall work experience related in Business Excellence

With leadership experience

Job Description:

Lead impacting transformation projects including levers like Automation/Technology, Analytics, and Process.

Process discovery, shape and orchestrate interventions that combine data, technology, people, and process transformation.

Lead, facilitate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering successful business outcomes

Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
