THE ROLE:

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who's equal parts strategist, technologist, and process optimizer. You'll be the engine behind our Philippines Growth Marketing initiatives—driving automation, optimizing campaigns, ensuring data integrity, and enabling demand generation at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution

· Build, execute, and optimize automated campaigns across email, paid, social, and ABM channels

· Manage segmentation, scoring models, and nurturing journeys using Marketo or similar MAP tools

· Support end-to-end campaign operations—from tracking and QA to deployment and reporting

System & Data Management

· Own the marketing tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools

· Maintain data quality, hygiene, and governance—including lead routing, deduplication, and enrichment

Performance Measurement & Insights

· Build dashboards and performance reports to track funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI

· Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, targeting, and effectiveness

ABM & Personalization Support

· Leverage tools like Demandbase (or equivalent ABM platforms) for account-level campaigns and intent-based targeting

· Partner with Sales to operationalize ABM programs and ensure smooth lead handoff

Process Optimization

· Identify bottlenecks in marketing workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions

· Build SOPs, documentation, and training resources for cross-functional teams

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

· 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Marketing (B2B digital-first organizations preferred)

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo (or similar MAP), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

· Strong background in marketing automation, campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, and data governance

· Experience building dashboards, analyzing funnel metrics, and driving performance improvements

· Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

· Amenable to hybrid setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH) in McKinley

· Former employees of a specific global BPO giant are NOT eligible for rehire – directly or through third parties

· Experience with BI tools
