Are you fluent in Thai?

We are urgently hiring Thai-speaking professionals for an onsite customer support role in Quezon City ( must live in philippine and be eligible to work there)
Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Headcount: 34
Target Start Date: August 10, 2026
Salary: very attractive
Sign-On Bonus: ₱20,000 + incentives + base salary

What We're Looking For
Fluent and spontaneous in Thai
Able to communicate effectively in Thai in a professional environment
Able to understand complex conversations and implied meanings in Thai
Working knowledge of English is required, as training and client systems are in English
Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is an advantage
Willing and legally authorized to work in the Philippines

Your Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, email, and other channels.
Provide customer support in Thai and English.
Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product information.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Accurately document customer interactions.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
