What You'll Do

Provide professional customer support in Khmer through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Assist customers by resolving inquiries efficiently while delivering outstanding service.
Accurately update customer records and maintain information using internal systems.
Support Collections and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes when required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

What We're Looking For

Native or fluent Khmer (Cambodia) language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate naturally and confidently in a professional setting.
Strong understanding of complex conversations, including implied meanings.
Good working knowledge of English, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in Quezon City or relocate if currently based elsewhere.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Service.
Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
