Salary: ₱130,000–₱160,000

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Leader/Manager to lead and manage a sales-focused BPO team. The role involves driving sales performance, developing team members, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring business targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales specialists

• Drive outbound sales performance and achievement of targets

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members

• Oversee sales processes, performance, and operational activities

• Develop and implement short- to medium-term strategies

• Ensure policies, processes, and standards are properly implemented

• Support complex projects and process improvements

• Manage employee lifecycle activities within the team

• Serve as a subject-matter expert and decision-maker for the account

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as an Operations Manager (OM) or Senior Operations Manager (SOM)

• Must have experience managing an Outbound Sales account in a BPO/contact center environment

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management experience

• Experience driving sales performance and operational results

• Strong understanding of BPO operations and sales processes

• Willing to work onsite in MOA

• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 11 PM onwards
