Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Disability Claims Specialist, you will:

​

• Conduct comprehensive clinical case reviews for disability claims.
  
• Evaluate medical records and supporting clinical documentation.
  
• Assess eligibility for Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims.
  
• Apply clinical judgment to support accurate claims decisions.
  
• Collaborate with internal claims, medical, and operations teams.
  
• Ensure compliance with client policies and healthcare regulations.
  
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and turnaround time.
  

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have:

​

• Active PHRN (Philippine Registered Nurse) or USRN license.
  
• Minimum 3 years of hospital bedside experience, preferably in Intensive Care (ICU/Critical Care).
  
• At least 2 years of Clinical Disability Claims experience.
  
• Experience handling Short-Term Disability (STD) and/or Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims.
  
• Experience performing Clinical Case Reviews.
  
• Experience in private or commercial insurance.
  
• Strong analytical, clinical assessment, and documentation skills.
  
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule from home.
