Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Engineer to configure, develop, maintain, and support cloud-based application integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), application integration methodologies, APIs, and web services.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop integration solutions, troubleshoot application issues, and maintain system stability, compatibility, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and effective integration solutions.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle applications, SaaS platforms, and third-party systems.

• Work with APIs, web services, and standard integration tools to enable seamless data exchange between applications.

• Monitor integration workflows and application performance to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.

• Troubleshoot integration failures, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Support application releases, configuration changes, deployments, and ongoing maintenance activities.

• Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, configuration details, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other team members.

• Work independently, develop subject-matter expertise, and contribute to resolving complex technical challenges.

• Follow established development standards, security requirements, and integration best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

• Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud and cloud-based application integration.

• Understanding of integration patterns, application connectivity, and data exchange methodologies.

• Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP web services, and related integration technologies.

• Knowledge of cloud application deployment, configuration, and support.

• Familiarity with low-code development tools and integration platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Good communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a cross-functional team.
