We have an ongoing hiring for a Pre-sales and Solutions Manager in Taguig.

Non-Negotiable:

College graduate
5+ years of experience managing Profit & Loss within a consulting organization, with a focus on both sales and delivery
Proven track record in strategic sales planning, pipeline development, and closing complex IT consulting deals
Ability to challenge client assumptions, drive innovative solutions, and position as a market leader
Strong understanding of public sector challenges, procurement processes, and digital transformation trends
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level
Ability to travel as needed
BEMF Training
Bid experience working on large bids
Service Desk experience preferred

Position Description:

The Manager Consulting Expert takes responsibility for being accountable for bids and opportunities in End-User Services by driving business development activities and ensuring process compliance with the company's Business Engineering Management Framework.

Your main responsibilities as a Manager Consulting Expert are as follows:

The overall solution of major bids.
The standardization of tools and offerings.
Building a knowledge repository for all bids: tools, best practices, and case studies to be used for bids.
Improving efficiency in bid work.
Writing effective proposals.
Working collaboratively with different BUs in building a winning solution.
Expanding the Solution Architect expertise within the business unit.
Contributing to the Expert Enablement program of the APAC strategic business unit.
Supporting the Delivery Directors on the sales-to-delivery hand-off and transition.
Contributing to the Communities of Practice within APAC (i.e. Customer Experience, Intelligent Automation, etc).
Expanding the visibility of the company by active participation in local industry forums (ITBPAP, CCAP, Nordcham, etc).
Own and drive a strong pipeline of new business across both existing and prospective accounts
