RCM Operations Manager

Location: Makati, Philippines – TP Alphaland (Magallanes)
Work Setup: Onsite

Position Overview

The RCM Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) program. The role will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, operational performance, cost efficiency, client relationship management, compliance, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end RCM operations and ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, and financial targets.
Partner with WFM teams on forecasting, capacity planning, staffing optimization, and scheduling.
Identify operational risks, workflow bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Lead, mentor, and develop Supervisors, Assistant Managers, and support teams.
Drive employee engagement, accountability, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
Serve as the primary operational contact for client stakeholders.
Lead WBR, MBR, and QBR meetings, presenting operational metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives.
Manage client escalations and service recovery plans.
Drive Lean/Six Sigma, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare data privacy requirements, and internal quality standards.
Maintain audit readiness and collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Training, QA, and other support functions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of progressive BPO operations leadership experience.
Significant managerial-level experience managing Healthcare RCM campaigns.
Experience managing large teams, multiple LOBs, operational scorecards, and client governance.
Strong knowledge of RCM metrics, financial analytics, capacity planning, and workforce optimization.
Excellent executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
Experience with WBR, MBR, QBR, client escalations, and service recovery.
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements.
