Assist customers with account-related concerns and service requests
Resolve customer concerns in accordance with established procedures
Protect confidential customer and financial information
Freshers are welcome to apply
US Mortgage or Financial Services experience is a Strong English communication skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable handling financial information
Amenable to shifting schedules
Salary Package:
Freshers: ₱18,000 – ₱21,000 basic salary
